Many printing companies claim to be experts with the print and mailing production of annual reports and quarterly financial statements. We can provide complete graphic design from concept to finished product. Our in-house design team can create that professional look that you need for a professional looking annual report. You just provide the content and financial data and our designers will take it from there. In addition, we are one the few companies that offers proof reading of your design piece at no additional cost to you.

We are one of few American printers who offer both digital and offset printing. This allows us to service clients who just need 100 quality booklets printed and at the same time meet the requirements of a larger print run. Our printing services for financial reports include black only, PMS inks (1, 2 or 3 color) and full color (four color process). Your piece can be printed on uncoated offset, glossy paper or matte paper stock either as a self-cover or use a cardstock for the cover. A finishing coating of varnish, aqueous (AQ) or film lamination for a protective finished to the cover.

Our bindery group can bind your piece via saddle stitch, perfect binding, plastic or metal twin loop spiral bounding. In addition, we can handle perforation, 3 hole drilling, custom folding and a lot more.

If you need Annual Reporting Mailing Services we have you covered. You can use our mail indicia for first, third or non-profit presort mailings. With your mailing data we can (1) remove of duplicate records; (2) NCOA (national change of address) your list; (3) CASS (coding accuracy support system) certify your list and sort your list for the lowest possible postage cost. Our mail house provides addressing, tabbing (when required), imprinting of mail indicia or affixing of stamps, envelope inserting, bar coding, sorting, traying and/or bagging, and completion of US Postal paperwork.

How long will a mailing take? For presort 3rd class and non-profit to Minneapolis, St Paul, Chicago it will arrive in 4 to 6 mailing days and for St. Louis, Kansas City, Detroit, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Cincinnati in 5 to 8 mailing days pieces going to New York, Boston, Raleigh, Charlotte, New Jersey in 8 to 12 days and for the Los Angela, Las Vegas, Seattle, San Francisco & Phoenix 10 to 14 days. Presort 1st class and regular 1st class will arrive anywhere from 1 to 5 mailing days.

1. Prices Included: Review of your files by our prepress group and a single electronic proof. Printing of the financial reports is done either black ink 1/1, two color 2/2 or full color (CMYK) and printed on 50# opaque offset text – white (similar to 20# office paper) for 1 and 2 color and 80# gloss text for CMYK, and collate/saddle stitched. Shipping via UPS or common carrier is not included. Rates will vary by weight and service level. Shipping point is Milwaukee, WI.
2. Proofs: If more than one electronic proof is requested/required an additional charge of $25.00 per proof may be added. Hardcopy digital proofs are $2.00 per page with a minimum charge of $50.00. For a hardcopy Matchprint proof the cost is $5.00 per page with a minimum charge of $80.00. With either hardcopy proof the price includes next day delivery in one direction. The hardcopy proof must be returned to us prior to print production.
3. Printing Method: For quantities 500 or less digital printing is used and quantities of a 1000 or more will be printed offset. Two color printing for quantities 500 or less are actually done in full color on a digital press.
