Prices

87″x3.75″ Finished Size Pocket Calendar Printed 80# Gloss Text. Collated & Saddle Stitched (Stapled).

1. Prices Include: Review of your files by our prepress group and a single electronic proof. Printing of the full color 2016 calendars is printed on 80# gloss cover (cover) and 80# gloss text (inside pages). Poster calendars are printed on 100# gloss text Bindery includes either saddle stitch or spiral binding based on the pricing you selected for calendars. The spiral binding option is metal twin loop wire and is available in the following colors: white, black, silver & brass. Additional colors and plastic are available. A single hole is drilled. Shipping via UPS or common carrier is not included. Rates will vary on weight and service level. Shipping point is Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
2. Proofs: If more than one electronic proof is requested/required an additional charge of $25.00 per proof may be added. A hard copy digital proof is $60.00. A hard copy Match Print proof (on special proofing paper) is $140.00. With either hardcopy proof the price includes next day delivery in one direction. The hardcopy proof must be returned to us prior to print production.
3. Printing Method: For quantities of 500 or less digital printing is used. All other quantities will be printed on one of our offset presses.
4. Ink Coverage: The prices quoted assume that coverage will not be greater than 50% of combined pages. If your design is a full saturation, please expect a higher cost of 3% to 5% of stated prices.
5. Production Time: Our standard production is 6 business days from time of proof approval. For rush production, please call us at 888-940-7070.
6. Design Services: Our hourly rate is $70.00 per hour billed in ¼ hour increments.
7. Custom Services: For custom wallcalendars sizes, stocks, or ink, please call 888-940-7070 for a custom quote or use our online form request.
8. Payment and Taxes: for payment we accept all major credit cards, cashier’s check or bank wire transfer. Sale tax is added only in Wisconsin.
