What are the Benefits of Using EDDM?
USPS postage for this program is as low as $0.145 per piece when mailed through EDDM. You also do not need to purchase a mailing list to use this program.
Are There Size Requirements?
Yes. Your mailing piece must be more than 10.5″ in length or 6.125″ in height or 0.25″ thick. The piece cannot be more than 15″ long or 12″ high or thicker than 0.75″. In addition, your piece can not weight more than 3.3oz for the retail version.
Is there a Special Place Where the Mail Indicia and Addressing Goes on the Piece?

- EDDM Printing Prices include: prepress, a PDF proof, and printing on 9PT or better cover stock in full color. Shipping via UPS is not included. Rates will vary on weight and service level. Color proofs are additional cost.
- Mail Preparation Service, Based on your select mailing zip code(s) we will label and bundle your mail in 50s for delivery to your local post office. This service does not include postage or delivery to the specific postal location.
- Ink Coverage: The prices quoted assume that coverage will not be greater than 50% of combined pages. If your design has full saturation, please expect a higher cost of 3% to 5% above stated prices.
- Production Time is 5 business days or less from time of proof approval. All published printing rates and quotes pending compatible Press Ready Files.
- Design Services are available for $70.00/hr (when you print with us) and are billed in ¼ hour increments. Our graphic designers can complete a project in usually 2 to 3 business days.
