Pricing Terms
- Prices Includes: Review of your files by our prepress group and a single electronic proof. Printing of newsletters is done in full color and printed on either 80# gloss text or 100# gloss text (house stock) and standard folding for 2, 4 or 6 pages is included in the price. Standard folds include: half fold, trifold, double half fold, half/trifold (11×17 only) and trifold/half fold or trifold/trifold (11×25.5 only). Half folding of saddle stitched newsletters is additional $50.00 setup charge and $40.00 per 1000. Shipping via UPS or common carrier is not included. Rates will vary on weight and service level. Shipping point is Milwaukee, WI.
- Mailing Services: Includes usage of our bulk mail permit, data admin/CASS certify, inkjet/sort, two closure tabs (letter size only) & delivery to the downtown Milwaukee post office. Actual postage is an additional charge.
- Proofs: If more than one electronic proof is requested/required an additional charge of $25.00 per proof may be added. Hardcopy digital proof is $45.00. For a hardcopy Matchprint proof (on special proofing paper) is $80.00. With either hardcopy proof the price includes next day delivery in one direction. The hardcopy proof must be returned to us prior to print production.
- Printing Method: For quantities 500 or less digital printing is used and quantities of a 1000 or more will be printed offset.
- Production Time: Our standard production is 5 business days from time of proof approval. For rush production, please call us at 888-940-7070.
- Design Services: Our hourly rate is $70.00 per hour billed in ¼ hour increments.
- Custom Service: Custom quotes can be provided for custom size brochures, different paper stock, 1 & 2 color printing, and custom bindery services. Please use the online quote request clearly describing your needs or call us at 888-940-7070.
- Payment and taxes: for payment we accept all major credit cards, cashiers check or bank wire transfer. Sales tax is added only in Wisconsin.
