They are a great marketing tool for Chinese, Italian, Pizzeria & Family style restaurants. If you have a lot of families that dine with you then you might want to consider a kid’s placemat that has games and coloring space on the paper mat. You can also integrate the content of the mat with your restaurant’s menu.

Design Services are available from EBA to get that look for your personalized paper placemats. A typical design project takes 1.5 to 2 hours to complete at a rate of $70.00 per hour billed in ¼ hour increments.

When you consider that custom printed paper placemats can be as cheap as 6 cents per piece they are a real bargain. Think about it…how many times to get a chance for someone to stare at a promotional piece for more than 10 minutes? You also get the added benefit of keeping your tables cleaner.

Printing of paper mats can be done in 5 business days or less by our printing company. Shipping time to Chicago, Minneapolis, Madison is next day; to St. Louis, Indianapolis, Detroit is 2 business days, New York, Boston, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Denver is 3 business days; and Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Seattle, and Phoenix is 4 business days.

1. Prices Included: Review of your files by our prepress group and a single electronic proof. Custom printed paper placements are in full color one side 4/0 and printed on 50# offset text (house stock). Shipping via UPS or common carrier is not included. Rates will vary on weight and service level. Shipping point is Milwaukee, WI.
2. Proofs: If more than one electronic proof is requested/required an additional charge of $25.00 per proof may be added. Hardcopy digital proofs are $40.00. For a hardcopy Matchprint proof the cost is $60.00. With either hardcopy proof the price includes next day delivery in one direction. The hardcopy proof must be returned to us prior to print production.
3. Printing Method: For quantities 1000 or less digital printing is used and quantities of 2500 or more will be printed offset.
4. Production Time: Our standard production is 5 business days from time of proof approval. For rush production, please call us at 888-940-7070.

6. Payment and taxes: for payment we accept all major credit cards, cashier’s check or bank wire transfer. Sale tax is added only in Wisconsin.
